Isha Sekhri is a Chartered Accountant and is a Partner in Ajay Sekhri & Company. Prior to this, she worked as a Consultant with the Media and Entertainment Practice of Ernst &Young. She has more than ten years of experience in the field of Cross-border taxation, transaction advisory, structuring and FEMA. Her Cross-border taxation experience involves providing advisory on Inbound-Outbound Structuring, withholding tax implications, transfer pricing and other aspects of international taxation.

She is the Editor of the Newsletter of the International Fiscal Association, India. She is currently the Co-Chairperson of the International Tax Committee of the Chamber of Tax Consultants, Secretary of   the Western Region Council of the International Fiscal Association and on the Managing Committee of International Fiscal Association, India.

Selected as a Country Reporter from India for the International Fiscal Association Basel Congress 2015, Selected to attend a three-day Executive Training Seminar at the Vienna University of Economics and Business on the topic ‘Multilateralism and the Shift Towards Global Tax Governance and Fiscal Transparency’. She has been a speaker in conferences and study circles organised by National Academy of Direct Taxes - Nagpur (NADT), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and Chamber of Tax Consultants. She has contributed Articles to Book on Media & Entertainment Industry, Income Tax Review, Compendium on International Taxation and convened a book on Media and Entertainment Industry for the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners.
